Description:

This tool is to help students identify, understand and articulate when something is wrong. It may be necessary to limit choices. The sentences stack when the book is closed to allow for review of the situation without the distraction of the choices. Please note that the last “I feel..” choice is “pain.” The “Tell Me What Hurts” board on the back is for use when “pain” is selected. Assembly Instructions: Print “Somethings Wrong Problem Solving” BM document. Cut off the blank space on the bottom of pages 1-3. Put pages 4 & 5 back-to-back. Laminate together.
