Parent Advocacy for our children well being and safety

This group is for Parents and professionals to discuss ways to make our children/adults lives more safe as well as to discuss what resources is needed to give them a voice to tell us when something isn't right. I am hoping we can brain storm ways to make communication boards that will reach all levels of communication needs instead of just a one size fits all for all their communicatin needs not just a few or just enough to get by. I believe we have the power together to be more creative and think outside of the box when it comes to giving our children/adults stronger voices.

Symbol for threaten

Does anyone have any suggestons on a symbol that would be more concrete than just using  a pointing finger?  Because there are many ways to threaten someone I'd like to see how many symbols we can think of that would be appropriate.  I look forward to hearing everyone's ideas. I am also curious as to how hard it would be to make pcs animations or pcs sign animations that you can record your own message as the avi is played.  So that we can customize it to say someone verbally threatened me etc.  Thanks Carol
